Arena is for people aged 18 or over. Betting should stay a game. This page is the house rule on age, control, and when to stop.
1. Age
You must be 18 or older to hold an account and to place a stake. We may ask for a passport, national ID, or other proof. An underage book will be closed. Stakes on it may be voided and the balance handled under the Terms & conditions.
2. Keep control
- Stake only money you can afford to lose.
- Set a stake before you open the slip. Do not raise it to chase a loss.
- Do not bet when you are angry, drunk, or trying to fix a money problem.
- Treat a win as luck on that ticket, not as a plan.
3. When to stop
Stop and get help if you hide bets, borrow to stake, chase losses, or feel you cannot close the book. Betting is not a way to make rent or to win back what has already gone.
4. How we can help
Write to support@arena.bet from the email on the account and ask us to freeze the book. Staff can lock sign-in and staking. Closing or freezing an account is covered in the Terms & conditions.
