1. The agreement

Arena (“the book”, “we”, “us”) offers sports betting, an exchange board, and house games. You (“you”, “the bettor”) use that service under these terms, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy, and the 18+ play rules.

If you do not accept a rule, do not open an account and do not place a stake. Using the board after a change to these terms is acceptance of the new wording.

These terms are house rules for this product. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace any licence, statute, or regulator that applies where you live. You are responsible for knowing whether betting is lawful for you.

2. Who may play

You may hold an account and stake only if all of the following are true:

• You are 18 years of age or older. We may ask for proof at any time.
• You are acting for yourself, not for another person, a syndicate, or a bot.
• You are not banned, self-excluded, or otherwise blocked from this book.
• Online betting is legal for you in the place from which you connect.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or household member of staff using an undeclared book.

We may refuse, freeze, or close an account if we reasonably believe any of those points is false. Stakes placed in breach of this section may be voided and funds withheld pending review.

3. Your account

One person, one account. Duplicate, shared, or mule books may be closed. You must give a real full name, a working email, a nationality, a phone number, and a government ID or passport number at registration.

You must keep that information current. You must keep your password secret. Activity on the account is treated as yours, including stakes placed while you are signed in.

Tell support at once if you think someone else used the book. We may lock the account, reset access, and review open tickets. We are not liable for stakes placed before you report the issue.

We may suspend or close a book that is idle, that fails verification, or that we reasonably believe is used for fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

4. Identity and KYC

Registration asks for nationality, phone, and a national ID or passport number so we can run the book and meet house checks. That is not the same as a full KYC file.

If KYC is required on this book — or before a cash-out — staff may ask for a scan of a passport, national ID, or driver licence, and may match it to the name on the account. Until that file is approved, withdrawals can be held.

• Documents must be yours, in date, and readable.
• A mismatch, a third-party document, or an edited scan is grounds to reject the file and freeze the book.
• Staff may ask again if your details change or if a payment looks unusual.

5. Wallet, deposits, and withdrawals

The wallet is the only stake source on the board. Balances are shown in the book currency (USD). Figures on the desk are the record we settle against.

Deposits may go through a card processor or a manual transfer that staff credit after review. A deposit is not complete until it is posted to the wallet. We may reverse a credit if the payment is charged back, recalled, or shown to be unauthorised.

Withdrawals are requests, not instant bank sends. Staff review the request, the KYC state, and open tickets. We may delay or refuse a cash-out if identity is incomplete, if the stake source is under review, or if the destination does not match the account holder.

• Minimum and maximum amounts are those posted on Wallet at the time you submit.
• Charges, if any, are shown before you confirm.
• You may only withdraw to a destination you control.
• Bonus or welcome credit may be locked from withdrawal until the house wagering rule on that credit is met, if one is posted.

6. Placing bets

A bet is an offer to the book at the odds shown when you confirm the slip. The ticket is accepted only when it appears on My bets with a stake taken from the wallet.

• A single is one pick on one market.
• A multi (accumulator) is one ticket across two or more legs. Return is stake multiplied by every leg. One losing leg loses the ticket.
• Minimum and maximum stakes follow the limits on the book at the time of the bet (from $1.00 to $5,000.00 unless a market posts a tighter cap).
• You must have a sufficient available balance. A slip that cannot be funded is rejected.

Once a ticket is accepted it cannot be edited or cancelled by you, except where cashout is offered on that ticket. A bet placed in error is still a bet unless the book voids it under these terms.

7. Odds, markets, and the board

Odds, scores, clocks, and market lists are displayed in good faith. Feeds can lag, stall, or be wrong. The book may suspend a market, refuse a stake, or correct a price if we reasonably believe the board was in error.

Live markets may move or lock while you build a slip. The price that binds is the price accepted at confirm, not a price you saw earlier on the card.

We may limit a market, a fixture, or a bettor without notice if we see irregular staking, obvious pricing errors, or a risk the house cannot carry.

8. Settlement, voids, and cashout

Tickets settle on the official result we record for that fixture and market. If a result is later corrected by the competition, we may re-settle.

The book may void a ticket, in whole or in part, when:

• the fixture is abandoned, postponed, or not played as listed;
• a market was posted in obvious error (including a price that no reasonable book would stand);
• the account, stake, or pick breaks these terms;
• a leg is void under the market rules, in which case a multi may be recast on the remaining legs.

A voided stake is returned to the wallet. A settled win is credited at the accepted odds, less any posted house rules on that market.

Cashout, when the desk offers it, is early settlement at the live price minus the house margin — not a wallet withdrawal. Full and partial cashout follow the cashout settings on the book. A cashout that is confirmed cannot be reversed. If a market is locked or the quote has moved, the button may fail and the original ticket stands.

9. Games and the exchange

Virtual sport, slots, live tables, poker, belote, Aviator, turbo games, and the exchange board are part of the same account and wallet. Each product may post its own stake limits, payout caps, and house edge on the game desk.

Game outcomes are determined by the house engine or by the studio feed we have connected. A round that fails to complete because of a disconnect may be voided or settled on the last recorded state, as the game desk shows.

The exchange is a matching board, not a sportsbook price list. Back and lay orders sit until they are matched, cancelled, or the market is taken down. Unmatched orders do not guarantee a fill. Settlement of a matched exchange ticket follows the exchange market rules posted on that card.

10. Welcome credit and referrals

New books may receive a welcome credit of $100.00 when registration completes. That credit is a house gift, not cash you deposited. We may withhold, reverse, or void it if the account fails checks, is duplicated, or is used only to extract the bonus.

If you enter a referral code, the referring bettor may earn according to the referral settings on the book at that time. Self-referral, fake accounts, and circular codes are abuse. We may cancel referral earnings and related tickets.

Promotions can be withdrawn or changed. The wording on the promotion at the moment you opt in is the wording that applies to that grant.

11. What you must not do

Do not use the book to:

• place bets with money you do not have the right to stake;
• use stolen, shared, or synthetic identity, cards, or wallets;
• run bots, scrapers, or odds-latching tools against the board;
• collude, chip-dump, or lay off in a way that exploits a pricing or settlement error;
• abuse welcome credit, referrals, or cashout quotes;
• open more than one account, or use a VPN or proxy to hide a ban or a restricted location;
• harass staff or other bettors, or attempt to access another book.

Breach may lead to voided tickets, a frozen wallet, a ban, and a report to a payment provider or authority where we are required to report.

12. 18+ and responsible play

Betting is entertainment. It is not a way to make a living. Stake only what you can afford to lose. Set a limit before you open the slip.

If betting stops being a game — if you chase losses, hide stakes, or feel you cannot stop — stop, and write to support@arena.bet so we can freeze the book. More on this is in 18+ play.

13. Changes, closure, and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date the current wording took effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If a change is material, we will try to flag it on the book.

You may close the account by writing to support@arena.bet. We will pay out a cleared, unrestricted balance after checks. We may keep records as set out in the Privacy policy.

The book, the marks, and the board design are ours. You get a limited right to use the product to place bets. You do not get a right to copy, scrape, or resell it.

To the extent the law allows, Arena is not liable for feed delays, device faults, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death caused by negligence.
